Physical books orders are printed and shipped to you by Bookvault.  Bookvault is based in the UK, so shipping times are not as fast as with major US retailers. To print and get your book to your home in the United States with economy shipping, should take just about two weeks.

Shipping rates are based on the country the book is shipping to and the shipping service you select. Bookvault allows you to choose from several shipping options at varying speeds and price points.
