Shipping and Returns

Physical Items

The physical products in this shop are drop shipped from the supplier.  Bookvault and Printify will both replace items that arrive damaged or with defects, but neither company offers refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please reach out to me.

Damaged/Defective Items

I will need pictures of the problem, a photo of the packaging, and an explanation. I can work with Bookvault or Printify to get you a replacement sent.

Other Problems

I understand sometimes this can be a problem for customers.  In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right. 

I cannot offer free shipping on these returns, but if the item is returned and received in new condition within 30 days of purchase, I will process a refund.

Digital Items

I do not offer returns or refunds of ebooks or other digital products.
